McGill University?

Here's my situation:

I was born in Montreal but have lived in Ontario since the age of 3. I am about to complete high school (in Ontario) with an average of about 83%. I would like to go to McGill University for medicine or something of the sort.

What are my requirements, seeing as I havn't done CEJEP. What programs could I do?

Thanks
