I have never heard of a type 'f'. Unless you are referring to feline leukemia. In which case it is a virus that cats get. On the other hand, most informational sources only want to concentrate of the 4 main types. I am having a hard time finding a comprehensive list of all the different types.

Source(s): http://www.mdanderson.org/departments/leukemia/dIn... This is the best list I could find. No 'f' type.

I've never heard of that kind. My son had a rare kind-only 25 cases in the U.S. that year. Some leukemia can be cured with chemo. Others, like my son's,can only be cured by a bone marrow transplant.
