I think in all states now it's 21 (I'm from IL and Wis used to be 19 but I think they changed it to 21). My favorite is a strawberry margarita or cranberry juice and vodka

I don't understand how you can be "old enough" to become a danger to society and your self while being under the influence... an 18 year old can be just as bad of a drunk driver as a 16 year old.
