How do you lose weight very quickly?
I am 135 pounds (I'm 18 as well) and I want to stay at 125 or less (not because of looks but I seem to feel happier and healthier at that weight). What foods should I eat and what foods should I avoid?

Eat several small meals instead of three big ones......drink plenty of water and no soda........And dont eat 3 hours b4 bedtime......

Well, I'm no professional, but walk often and eat healthier foods like vegetables, meats, fruits, and dairy. I find that when I drink a lot of milk, it keeps my weight down and it maintains that specific weight. Try avoiding fast food and other foods that have a lot of fat and salt.
