Yeah, Absolutely! Your best option is MEC - Mountain Equipment Co-op. It's the Canadian version of REI (Recreational Equipment Inc.). It's located in the heart of downtown Calgary. You'll find everything you need there in terms of winter jackets, as well as any other type of outdoor gear. The staff there will be crazy knowledgeable about any questions that you have. Definitely check it out.
