How can I quickly delete all of the non-system files from an older computer, running Windows 2000 Professional?

I am going to recycle the computer & would like to delete all of the files. Nothing is really confidential, so the files do not have to be "permanently deleted" in a "secure" fashion, but I would still like to remove all of the files before scrapping the computer.

Any tips, other than manually going through the computer and deleting each file? Thanks!

Other than manually going through the computer and deleting.

You could reinstall windows with a format option.
