it takes me hours to sleep is their any non drug way to go to sleep fast????

    my best sleep aid is melatonin its 100% vegetarian and natural; its the hormone your body releases when it starts to get dark and thins out when it starts to get light. If you REALLY dont want drugs, ive read that non-fiction is a great thing to read while in bed because your mind isn't working and no tv or computer late into the night!! it tricks your body into thinking its still light out.

    TRy and go to bed around the same time everyday. Turn the lights off, no tv,radio ect. Those will later become a crutch. Read a good book, drink some herbal tea and relax. No alcohol, that actually makes things worse. Close your eyes and soon you'll be in dreamland! Sweet dreams!!!!!!
