Il est joli, convivial, parfait pour de la simple téléphonie.

    but i it means

He is handsome, very friendly, perfect for simple telephonic conversation

if you're talking about a person, if youa re discribing the phone its

I guess you're talking about a phone or something else that has to do with phoning ability...So, the translation should be close to this :

"Il est jolie " word by word : its pretty (I thing its about the design)

"très convival parfait pour de la simple téléphonie " : Means in this case that your device is convivial for a standard phone use...

this "frence" (french) sentence does not mean anything. You would say Elle est tres jolie; convivial and not convival, and what are you talking about here?; de la simple telephonie just does not make any sense. Sorry. If you have an english sentence, just write it, and somebody could translate it properly for you.
