A career for me is one's occupation or profession. More than being one's work, I define a career as work where I really grow professionally, personally and socially. It is something that I succeed in, where I enjoy working.

I used to work in a company where the working environment left much to be desired. I resigned and now I am working in another company where I am gradually but surely mapping my career. I have found my niche here. The pay is good, the people I work with are all really nice, the company itself is stable... basically it's a very nurturing company thus I chose to make a career of my work here.
