Wild rice / brown rice vs white rice?
Is there a big difference between them as far as carbs ? Im trying to find some foods that are filling but not overly heavy on carbs.

There really is no difference in the amount of carbs in each, but brown rice has more fiber and fiber counterbalances the carbs.

brown rice is cheeper I do not know about healther but I do know that unless you are on a kick of wild rice I perfer to eat it as a delicae most of the time and brown rice on a regular basis. Basmiti or long grain is more my texture unless eating stir-fry then short grain whole grain rice is best.
