what is an affectionate word for one's children?
like something that is kind of cultural....
i often refer to them as little angels but i want something else like...i dunno...ideas please people

I call my daughter Ma puce (French) it's an expression meaning..My pet..
It actually means my flea!
Fickel French uses bugs and animals for affectionate terms towards children..

When talking to them:
Honey
Sweetheart
Pumpkin
Peanut butter
Sugar pie
Sweet pea
Princess (for a girl, obviously)
My love
When talking about them:
My sweeties
The apples of my eye
My teddy bears
The little ones

My children. Simple and eloquent. You'll come off as mushy if you say my babies.
"Kids" very casual. Kind of cool.

In English you can say "baby" or "sweeite" "pie" or just make something up.
