How do I Find out what programs start up when I turn on my computer? Thanks?

    The above answer is good.

    And to add to it, you can also have really good control over what starts and what doesnt by using start > run > services.msc

    Becareful not to use disable unless you are sure your computer never uses that service. Use "manual" instead.

    select the start menu, then click run. then type in "msconfig"

    choose the "start up" tab & you'll see all the program that start's up when u turn on ur computer.

    Go to start, Run, then type in msconfig and go to the start up tab and uncheck boxes you don't want to run on start up and restart, and they won't start up! **Tip, start up programs slow your pc down from starting

    Start > Run > msconfig > press enter > click startup and there you have it.
