Easy Recipe!?!?!?!? HELP!!!?
ok, so my sister is coming over tomorrow and expects me to make her a full nice dinner with a dessert at the end....only thing is i'm not really good at cooking so can u pls give an easy 2 make recipe!!(for the dinner or dessert)

How about some chicken casserole?
2 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 pound boneless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 (10-3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup pasteurized process cheese spread
3 cups cooked rice (1 cup uncooked)
1 (10-ounce) box frozen broccoli cuts, thawed, drained
1 (8-ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Vegetable cooking spray
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs or crushed croutons
Melt butter in a Dutch oven with oil over high heat; swirl pan to blend. Add chopped mushrooms. Cook and stir over high heat about 2 minutes. Add onion and chicken-breast pieces. Reduce heat to medium-high and cook until chicken is just cooked through, stirring in garlic the last minute or so.
Add undiluted mushroom soup and the cheese spread (or if using Velveeta, dice it). Stir until cheese is melted. Remove pan from heat. Stir in the cooked rice, thawed broccoli, water chestnuts, sour cream and pepper. Spoon mixture into a 2-quart baking dish sprayed with a nonstick product.
Bake at 400 degrees, uncovered, for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Top with Cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs (a bit of grated Parmesan mixed in with the crumbs is optional). Return to oven until cheese melts
SIMPLE CHOCOLATE CAKE
3 c. flour
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
Sift all these ingredients together in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Make 3 holes into dry ingredients. Into one hole pour 2 teaspoons vinegar; into another hole, 2 teaspoons vanilla; into another hole, pour in 1 cup salad oil. Do not stir together yet. Over all ingredients now pour 2 cups cold milk then stir well with a spoon until smooth. Wipe off edges of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes
Hershey's Dark Chocolate Cake
A recipe from the Sneaky Kitchen
2 cups brown sugar
1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup Hershey's Cocoa
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
Heat oven to 350°F. Grease & flour two 9" round pans or one 13"x9"x2" baking pan.
Stir together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda & salt in large bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil & vanilla; beat on medium speed by electric mixer 2 min. Stir in boiling water (batter will be thin). Pour into prepared pans.
Bake 30 to 35 min. for round pans, 35 to 40 min. for rectangular, or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans to wire racks. Cool completely. (Cake may be left in rectangular pan, if desired.)
Broccoli & Rice Casserole
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, defrosted
1 small onion, finely chopped
3-4 stalks celery, finely chopped
Small Velveeta Cheese-cut to your likeing
1-2 T. Butter
2 Bags of Success Boil-In-Bag Rice
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Follow the Success Boil-In-Bag rice directions to cook rice. In a saucepan, saute up the diced onions and celery- salt & pepper to taste. After they have cooked throw in the defrosted broccoli and cooked rice. Transfer all ingredients into a baking dish add the cheese until melted and bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Green Bean casarole
1 can grean beans
1 can cream of muchroom soup
1/4 cup sour cream....
For topping there are several options.....you can use the frencies onion crisps, frozen onion rings, tator tots, corn flakes
Mix beans, soup and sour cream in a cassarole dish....top with you topping.( I prefer either the onion crisps or tator tots) but the are all good....and then bake in a 350 degree oven intell the topping you choose is a nice golden brown....usually about 20-30 min....the tator tots tend to take a little longer.
Broccoli with Ginger-Orange Butter
1 pound fresh broccoli, cut into spears
2 tablespoons orange marmalade
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
In a large saucepan, bring 1 in. of water and broccoli to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5-8 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the marmalade, butter, vinegar and ginger. Cook until marmalade and butter are melted. Drain broccoli; drizzle with butter mixture.
Baked Stuffed Zucchini
1 medium zucchini
6 large fresh mushrooms, finely chopped
1 green onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon butter or stick margarine
1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 dash white pepper
2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese
Cut zucchini in half lengthwise. Scoop out pulp, leaving a 1/4-in. shell. Chop pulp; set shells aside. In a nonstick skillet, saute the zucchini pulp

Buy a rotisserie chicken, and make a garlic olive oil pasta.
Cook the pasta
Heat some olive oil, add 2 full garlic cloves lightly toast the garlic. When that's toasted remove it from the olive oil. Turn the heat to low and about half tablespoon parsley, and basil. And about 1tsp more or less if you'd like of red pepper flakes. They toast quickly so turn of the heat. Before the oil fully cools down add the drained pasta and a couple spoonfulls of the pasta water. Be carefull that makes the oil jump if its too hot. Then shred some fresh parmesean cheese on top, and its ready. You can add some fresh chopped parsley ontop too. Its simple and really good. And the chicken you can buy already cooked. For dessert you can make a strawberry shortbread its just strawberries strawberry glaze pound cake and whipped cream and if u want some ice cream. Or banana cream pie. U need bananas, banana pudding, nilla wafers and whipped cream. Put a layer of nilla wafers, then pudding then sliced bananas, keep layering and top with whipped cream, chill and serve cold. Easy and very good. I'm not much of a cook so I make a lot of easy stuff too!

Ingredients: Chocolate Mousse
• 8 ounces chocolate chips
• 6 tablespoons water
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 2 cups whipping cream
• 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
Melt chocolate and water in saucepan.
Whisk in the vanilla.
Allow to cool.
Whip the cream.
Add the confectioner's sugar.
On low beater, blend in the chocolate.
Scoop the Chocolate Mousse into a clear, glass bowl.
Garnish with grated chocolate or some of the chocolate from the pan drizzled on top.

* 3 ounces tapioca pearls
* sugar syrup
* 1 cup brewed tea (Chinese black tea or lychee tea is good)
* 1 cup milk (or to taste)
* Ice cubes
* Tapioca Pearls
* 1 part tapioca pearls
* 4 parts (or more) water
* Sugar Syrup
* 2 parts white sugar
* 1 part brown sugar
* 3 parts water

Simple easy made steak
1.Preheat your cast-iron griddle to the most insanely high heat your stove will allow.
Throw your flank steak in a large ziplock bag and toss in a big pinch of salt, a few grinds of pepper, a chopped garlic clove, a tablespoon each of soy sauce, worcestershire and olive oil and then knead around after you've zipped the bag closed. Be sure that your yellow and blue make green--we're throwing it in the fridge for a bit.
When your pan is screaming hot, deposit your 3 minute-marinated flank steak onto the center and leave, untouched, for a solid four minutes.
Flip it over with your trusty tongs and leave for another five minutes--this timing will yield a gorgeously medium-rare steak with a crunchy crust.
Now tong it now onto a wooden cutting board and let your beautifully cooked steak rest and reconstitute its juices for ten minutes. Literally ten. Don't start molesting it before. Set a timer, even.
Now slice, with your slightly serrated Wustof knife, and against the grain, the thinnest slices known to mankind and plate the crusty, pink slices side by side, on a bed of rice, or on a bed of nothing.

easy dessert, really good too
2 Granny smith apples
2-8oz cans Crescent rolls
1 cup Butter
1 ½ cups Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
10 oz Mountain Dew, Sprite, etc
1. Mix 1 tbsp sugar and some cinnamon in a small bowl
2. Cut the apples into 8 wedges each, peel and core
3. Toss in cinnamon/sugar
4. Separate rolls and wrap one apple wedge with each roll
5. Place in 9x13 pan
6. Bake at 350 for 5 minutes
7. Melt butter and mix in remaining sugar and vanilla over low heat until sugar dissolves, do not caramelize
8. Pour over partially baked rolls, sprinkle with cinnamon and pour Mountain Dew over all
9. Return to oven and bake for 25 minutes
10. Let cool some and serve
Can be halved easily. Exceptionally good!

If you really want to wow her make steak and potatoes with a nice green salad. All you have to do is get 2 steaks and put some seasoning on them then get a pan and heat it up put some olive oil on the pan and then cook to your liking. For the potatoes just stick them in the oven for about 40 minutes to a hour or less. After they are done just put your favorite toppings on. cook the potatoes first and then after they are almost done start cooking your steaks. Salad is simple with lettuce and whatever else you like.

What about Swedish meatballs in a crock pot?
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 8 hours,
1 lb. pkg. frozen cooked meatballs
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
10 oz. can golden mushroom soup
10 oz. can cream of mushroom soup with roasted garlic
1 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
Cooked hot rice or mashed potatoes
Place all ingredients except sour cream, flour, pepper, and rice or potatoes in a 3-4 quart crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
In small bowl, combine sour cream, flour and pepper and blend well. Add a spoonful of the hot liquid from the crockpot and blend with wire whisk. Add sour cream mixture to crockpot, stir well, cover, and cook on low 30-40 minutes until thickened and blended. Serve over hot cooked rice or mashed potatoes. 4-6 servings
I like to serve it with mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, green beans and rolls (all very very very simple to make)

attempt my recipe for filled peppers. it rather is the least perplexing element interior the international and so tasty! 4 green peppers a million lb. lean floor beef a million egg a million packet Minute Rice (cooked and dropped at room temperature) 3 potatoes, cubed 3 cans Campbell's tomato soup (do no longer upload water) combination the beef, rice and egg in a bowl alongside with your hands. shrink the tops off the peppers and scoop out any seeds. Fill with beef combination. put in a huge pot with the potatoes on the area. cover with the soup and cook dinner for approximately an hour and a a million/2 to 2 hours in case you have chose the peppers very delicate. it rather is scrumptious!

ok..... how about spaghetti? buy noodles, tomato sauce, maybe meatballs. boil the noodles for however long over the stove in pot of hot water. drain out wtaer after certain amount of time. put noodles back in pot and add in sauce. SIMPLE! and garlic bread is a great side dish, have a couple sodas with u, or fine drinks. (for dessert buy those packaged brownie mixes) =D hope i helped.

Here what you do get one Package linguine and and some Classic marinara. bake 2 chicken breast in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes seasoned with zesty Italian dressing.cook the noodles then drain and mix marinara. Take the chicken and place it on top of each plate enjoy! For desert make brownies under ice cream. its always good. :)
