I want to own a Resort in either Cuba or Peru?

How can i go about doing this if i already have the money for it?

In Peru at this moment we are on a construction BOOM, so everything is expensive and there's a lot of competition in the tourism business.

Cuba on the other hand is still a virgin on this matter and everything is extremely cheap! They only got VARADERO which was an ultimate capitalist resource to avoid bankruptcy . . . . . and it's working!

You want to buy or build one?

I would suggest first comming to Peru, explore a bit, go to different Resorts and make a choice.
