    I'm assuming this is a standard deck of 52 cards and 4 aces, and that the cards are drawn then replaced one at a time. If that's true, the probability that one card is an ace is 4/52. Since each draw has the same odds and you draw three, the total probablility is 64/140,608. This simplifies to 1/2197, or 0.046%.
