What does it mean when you get home from work and your hips really hurt even AFTER a hot bath?

I am wondering if it could be I'm gettig to old to work double shifts anymore.

    Personally, I don't think you're too old for ANYTHING, but I do think that double shifts in the ICU after the age of 35 are cruel and unusual punishment.

    do no longer take a warm bath suited away. If he cracked a rib or bruised you, then you definately do no longer desire to difficulty it to warmth before everything. only take some ibuprofen and flow to mattress and notice the way you sense the next day. If the discomfort is fairly undesirable it is recommended to flow get an xray.

    Double 12's!!!! I have only done that when mandated during a snow storm.... Then went home and slept 3 days straight! Take care of yourself, girl!!!

    Is it not that time of the month?28 day cycle.?

    I found that my daughters hips are also painful that time of the month and then she takes some pills and it helps.

    Take a paracetamol if it gets really bad, you could of just pulled a muscle,
