What is the name of that new "car" that one of the Big 3 American automakers put out recently?

It's been shown at a couple of autoshows. It's a very tiny microcar that they described as a personal mobility unit, or something along those lines. It seats two but it's the size of a go cart.

It might be the "Smart Car" my girlfriend says but I'll keep searching, hold on.....................It's not the "Mini Cooper," is it? Hold on. Still looking...................."Mini Colorado" By Magna Steyr? No. Another new mini crossover might be called the "Crossman" or "Maxi." Got to www.motorauthority.com. Maybe it's the "Chevy Spark." Ok, I'm getting bored looking for it. Hope I helped.

You wouldn't be talking about the Smart Car would you? If so, it is not American made.
