Did Henry Kissinger really say "useless eaters"?
I've heard that this is in one of his memoirs. Can anyone tell me which book and what page and in what context he said this?

Although the term "useless eaters" began sometime after Malthus propagated his theories of overpopulation, this article is the thing that the Kissinger quote is drawn from. I doubt that the actual words were said, but the sentiment is the same. http://www.scribd.com/doc/7423676/NSSM-200-Kissing...

So, we still don't know the true origin of the quote. I have read much of Kissinger quotes and I never heard him use the term "useless eaters". Still searching.
Ideas; "Secret weapons for quiet wars", Dr. Coleman's "Committee of 300", The Iron Mountain Report".

Republicans tend to be useless eaters, they'll eat anything you put in front of them, LOL. How do you think an imbicile like Bush became president.

It's ascribed to him, but no one seems to be able to find the quote anywhere.
