Boston does not have a Greektown; the closest to it used to be the South Bay neighborhood decades ago. Now there is a small concentration of Greeks in Roslindale and West Roxbury. And there are many other Italian areas than the North End (North Cambridge, parts of Everett and Malden) but the North End is the classic one, although in the past 45 years it has become more upscale mixed and much less Italian. But it still it Boston's Little Italy in the heads and hearts of most locals.

I don't know if there's a Greek area in Boston, but the North End is definitely the Italian area...
