Which rookie should I pick up in my head-to-head baseball League?

I'm thinking of:

Andrew McCutchen (OF) Pittsburgh

Laynce Nix (OF) Cincinnati

Tommy Hanson (SP) Atlanta

Not a rookie, but possibility off waiver wire:

Luke Scott (OF) Baltimore

Also, who should I drop?

My roster:

Brian McCann

Adam Dunn

Brandon Phillips

David Wright

Jimmy Rollins

Torii Hunter

Alfonso Soriano

Nelson Cruz

Joey Votto (DL)

Magglio Ordonez

Felipe Lopez

Dan Uggla

Dan Haren

Roy Halladay

C.C. Sabathia

John Lackey

Derek Lowe

A.J. Burnett

Bobby Jenks

Heath Bell

Fransisco Cordero

Phil Hughes

thats really tough. I think the most likely person to be dropped from your team would be Felipe Lopez or Phil Hughes. And I actually just added McCutchen on all of my fantasy teams and I also got Scott on one of my fantasy teams the other day. McCutchen has only played 5 games but he has done great in them all, but Scott has been on FIRE for like the last month. I would add Scott before I add McCutchen if Scott is available.Your lucky if Scott is a Free Agent in your league, pick him up quick.

Definitely add McCutchen. I would recommend dropping John Lackey. He is too inconsistent and he may still have that lingering injury.
