who is this young male actor?

okay i saw his picture on the imdb homepage once and i never saved his name and it's been driving me crazy.

he has dark brown hair, curly, dark tan skin (but not native, more like italian), and bright green eyes, thin. and very young, probably 19-21.

i've already asked this question, but i asked it in the "celebrities" section and all i got was a bunch of teenagers naming actors from hannah montana.

it is not:

anyone from hannah montana or twilight or highschool musical

do you remember which month and week you've seen the picture in, or the movie they were featuring? right now I'm thinking Daniel Radcliffe, Michael Cera and Chris Pine but their eye colors aren't green.

the problem with seeing celebs pictures is that their eyes get photoshopped a lot because hollywood doesn't like green eyes for some reason. so someone who has green eyes normally, may not have green eyes in all pictures.. weird, i know.
