The basic six samurai monsters are Zanji, Yariza, Yaichi, Kamon, Irou, and Nisashi. The Grandmaster, Chamberlain, Hand, and Spirit also count as Six Samurai monsters.

The six samurai are a swarm deck, so you need cards to get them out fast.

    Go here:

There you can find the Six Samurai and their support cards.

This is my deck (so you can get a general idea of what one looks like):

    Monsters: 20

    3- Zanij

    3- Yaichi

    2- Irou

    1- Kamon

    1- Nisashi

    1- Yariza

3- Grandmaster of the Six Samurai

    2- Great Shogun Shien

2- Spirit of the Six Samurai

    1- Marauding Captain

    1- Enishi, Shien's Chancellor

    Spells: 13

    3- Six Samurai United

2- Cunning of the Six Samurai

    1- Reinforcement of the Army

    1- Mystical Space Typhoon

    1- Brain Control

    1- Monster Reborn

    1- Heavy Storm

    1- Giant Trunade

    1- Lighting Vortex

    1- Swords of Revealing Light

    Traps: 7

    2- Bottomles Trap Hole

    1- Magic Cylinder

    1- Mirror Force

    1- Solemn Judgment

    1- Torrential Tribute

    1- Winstorm of Etaque

The person who posted above me is right. Some of the cards that are essential in this deck are expensive, but the six samurai are very successful at regional tournies. Do as you wish, and good luck.
