norton internet security cant get rid of trojan virus?

it is a trojan virus, a norton window pops up and says trojan virus remove fail, affected files 20 and 1 browser cache i look in details and it says

globalroot\systemroot\sytem32\gxvxcoivmkhboyidcxycekvdiyudaqjxuwkkl.ddl

    Try Spybot Search & Destroy. Gotten rid of most everything I've ever gotten, and I used to get some pretty nasty stuff.

    That is funny you say that, we just pulled nearly 500 off a pc with norton 2 days ago with BluePoint Security.

    If you can't get it off after awhile you might just have to back up your data onto an external harddrive and wipe your system
