Please help i asked thos question last tiem and go no respince im asking please answer the question

I asked for help with my zune i still get the same messages. Usage rights expired please since zune I deleted and reinstalled the software. I deleted windows xp. i deleted all my song i re-synced them and im still get the same them then when i try to buy another zune pass it says error occurred (look at my previous question for details.) please help and hurry.

if u have youtube then on any random video just put the link 2 the question or twiiter or faceboook myspace ect. ect. u can ALSO awnser otha peoples questian and ask them 2 awnser urs
