    To find the distance between points E and B,

    from the graph,

    E has coordinates (1,5) where X1=1 and Y1=5

    B has coordinates (3,2) where X2=3 and Y2=2

    Distance between (X1 , Y1) + (X2 , Y2) can always be found by the formula below

    √((X2 - X1)^2 + (Y2 - Y1)^2)

    Distance between (1,5) & (3,2) is

    ==> √((3 - 1)^2 + (2 - 4)^2)

    ==> √((2)^2 + (-2)^2)

    ==> √(4 + 4)

    ==> √8

    ==> 2.828

    To find the distance between points B and D,

    from the graph,

    B has coordinates (3,2) where X1=3 and Y1=2

    D has coordinates (0,-3) where X2=0 and Y2=-3

    Distance between (X1 , Y1) + (X2 , Y2) can always be found by the formula below

    √((X2 - X1)^2 + (Y2 - Y1)^2)

    Distance between (3,2) & (0,-3) is

    ==> √((3 - 0)^2 + (-3 - 2)^2)

    ==> √((3)^2 + (-5)^2)

    ==> √(9 + 25)

    ==> √34

    ==> 5.831
