Israel: Establishment, Foreign Relations (China, U.S., England, IRAN and NORTH KOREA)?

The countries in bold are extremely important as I am speaking about the nuclear development of those two countries.

Anything else would be great.

    Israel never had contacts with N. Korea. Its relations with Iran were terminated in 1978 when the Islamic revolution broke.

    Iran's nuclear development was achieved with the help of Russia and N. Korea.
