You should use an antivirus program and antispyware software, because your computer is now infected with viruses and/or spyware.

Here you have more information on computer security,

as well as good and free programs that you can download into your computer:

Use the following two programs to get rid of this issue. Both programs are free and work very well. Your computer may have also disabled access to antispyware/antivirus sites as well, so you may have to download these programs and the latest definitions using another computer. The programs are

    1. MalwareBytes from http://www.malwarebytes.org

    2. SuperAntiSpyware from http://superantispyware.com/

If you can spare some money, NoAdware from http://noadware.net is another excellent program, however, the trial version only scans, and does not remove what it finds.

    Good Luck

It sounds to me as if your system has been infiltrated with a rogue application, as this type of tactic - of using pop-up messages and warning notifications, in order to coerce you into purchasing its fake security tool - is quite common.

To be sure which rogue application you are dealing with, I suggest you checkout the link provided, download the FREE infection scanner, and follow the removal instructions.

Use Combofix, one of the best ways to get rid of really intrusive malware. Combofix runs a batch file that searches for any malicious software that tries to grab onto it. It then runs a several step process to remove all of it from your registry and any other hidden places(typically in your Windows folder).

And it's free of course :)
