iTunes- Disc burner or Software not found? HELP!?

I have the newest version of iTunes available, and I am the computer System Administrator. Everything on my computer has been updated to the newest versions. When I go to burn a CD on iTunes, it says "Disc burner or software not found", when in the past I have been able to burn CD's via iTunes. I do not have any Daemon Tools app added (or w.e it was called) and I have not added anything new to my computer. I noticed this problem only started happening after I downloaded and installed the newest version of iTunes. I have unistalled and re-installed iTunes more times then I can remember. I am beyond an answer as to what to do and I have checked every forum available and even iTunes helop was clueless. HELP!
