Chocolate covered strawberries is always a quick dessert that everyone loves.

    2 pounds strawberries

12 ounces of your favorite chocolate

    (semisweet, milk, dark)

    6 ounces white chocolate (optional)

    1. Strawberries need to be at room temperature. Wash and dry strawberries. It is important that strawberries are totally dry.

    2. Line a cookie sheet with waxed paper.

    3. Melt chocolate in the top of a double boiler or in the microwave.

    4. Hold onto stem of a strawberry. Dip strawberry into the melted chocolate. Swirl to coat all sides of the strawberry. Hold strawberry above melted chocolate. Swirl and shake to remove excess chocolate.

    5. Lay strawberry on the waxed paper. Repeat with all of the strawberries.

    6. If desired - Melt white chocolate in the top of a double boiler or in the microwave. Dip a fork into the melted white chocolate. Swirl onto thechocolate strawberries to make a swirly design on both sides of each strawberry.

    7. Keep strawberries at room temperature. They should be served within 8 hours. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator. Leftovers can be eaten the next day, but the chocolate will start to separate from the strawberries after being cooled.

Oh my God. I have THEEE best recipe for you! I have never had anything like it, even though it sounds like it's a boring, every day traditional dessert. Just try it sometime. You'll be amazed, I promise!! Heat oven to 350. In a square baking dish place 1 stick butter and melt in oven. Mix batter with hand mixer: 1 cup sugar 3/4 cup flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons baking powder 3/4 cup milk When butter is melted remove from oven and put 1 cup of raspberries and 1 cup of blueberries on top of butter. Dont mix. Pour batter on top of berries and butter. Dont mix. Bake for about 1/2 hour until top is golden brown.

You can also take a biscuit and make a whole in the center and fry in oil it will puff just like a donut then take powdered sugar with milk and drizzle on them it is awesome.

quick grab icecream and cookies and butter. Melt the icecream, crush the cookies, and melt the butter. mix the cookies with melted butter, not a lot, just enough to work it into a pie plate to make a pie crust. Pour the melted icecream in the cookie crust and freeze. Have a glass of wine and paint your nails for you are a champion once again!
