Alexandre Bilodeau gold medal?
This is a stupid question, but does anyone know where I could buy the same type of jacket that Bilodeau wore when he received the gold medal tonight? I tried the HBC website, but they don't have much clothing on there...
Thanks in advance!

CTV did an interview with someone from the IOC and she said that those jackets in particular, are only for the athletes who make it onto the pedestal. They won't be sold anywhere and even the athletes who don't win a medal, don't get a jacket like that. She was wearing a similar one in black that she said was available but I can't find where they sell it either.
They sell Olympic memorabilia here http://www.vancouver2010.com/store/index.html

I think the Bay and Zellers have the Canadian Team outfits, or something very close to it. But you have to get onto the podium to get a jacket like Bilodeau's.

I'm pretty sure it's a team jacket, so only Canadian Olympians can have them. The guy above suggested contacting the IOC, but that would take forever for them to get back to you, and if they did happen to say yes, it would cost a butt-load of money. But, you might be able to find one similar in style if you go to The Bay or something...
Hell of a nice jacket, though. I want one! If you find them, let me know!!

It's a team jacket so it's not likely you'll be able to buy one easily. If you're after one in that style probably contact the Canadian olympic committee and ask them for details.

properly, confident although do i think of it rather is bigoted to different canadian gold medalists that he's now greater properly enjoyed and greater properly prevalent than them because of the fact his pastime occurred 2 or 3 days till now theirs? confident. i think of he's a great hero and each thing, yet each and every gold medalist must be equivalent, and it rather is not elementary that he's a hero and the others are not because of the fact his pastime replaced into performed first! anyhow, I nevertheless admire him.
