How to edit criteria in a Query of Microsoft Access?

For a Computer Applications class, I had to make a database based on recipe's. I have 10 recipes and now I have to make a query. One of my tables has a few columns like Vegetarian, Meat, Dairy, Vegetable, Fruit, Grain. These are all yes/no format with a check-box. My question is asking me to allow the user to search one of these and the query responds all the recipes that have that box ticked.

Any help would be great.
