Ron Paul is very inconsistent on Fiscal issues and flip flops on others.

According to the National Journal a non-partisan source: the most consistent have been the most Progressive Liberal Socialist Democrat or Conservative with the highest consistency the Progressive Liberal Socialist Democrats because they are ideologues while the Conservatives may change depending on interpretation of the US Constitution.

BTW most consistent of all time? highest scores belong to two Progressive Liberal Socialist Democrats #1 ever? NObama and #2 ever? Joe OBiden.

    for most consistent Conservative?

    Jim Inhofe (R-OK)

    Jim Demint R-SC

the WINNER is the current Progressive Liberal Socialist Democrats:

    Sherrod Brown Oh

    followed closely by Burris IL

One on each side - John McCain and Ted Kennedy. One could argue that each had some inconsistencies, but if you look at their reasoning behind all votes, you'll see they follow their convictions.

    None.

That's why all incumbents need to be voted out every election. These jobs were not meant to be careers. Too much corruption in politics when they are allowed to stay in office too long.

Obama. He was always "present" and never took a stand.
