The waters of several countries can pollute and affect their marine animals and vegetation. And it can become in a main ecological disaster.

The oil spill harmed many endangered species that couldn´t reproduce because of the deaths.

Also the alimentary chain of several species (including people who eat seafood from the oil spill area) has been injured.

    It also affects the tourism.
