That crimes committed in Canada are just as bad as those committed in the US.
Marc Lépine killed 14 women and wounded 10 women and 4 men at the École Polytechnique (an engineering school affiliated with the Université de Montréal) before turning the gun on himself.
Clifford Olson is a convicted Canadian serial killer who confessed to murdering two children and nine youths in the early 1980s.
