The angular frequency ω = √k/m
ω = 7.4 rad /s and k = 51N/m
m= k /ω^2 = 51/7.7/7.4 = 0.9 kg.

You know the angular frequency w = 7.4. In simple harmonic motion for springs, w = sqrt (k/m). You know w and k, find m.
