I am a 22 male and am wondering what are good amounts of potassium (mg), cholestrol (mg), saturated fat (g), fiber (g), sugar (g) and sodium (mg) to intake daily? thank-you for your help.

Basically, try to get as much potassium and fiber as you can, and try to get as little cholesterol, saturated fate, sugar, and sodium as you can.
