ok let me give you a few that will blow those out of the water! :) and these are all just the first books to get you started on a whole series!!

    1. David Eddings - Guardians of the West (best ever)

    4. Mercedes Lackey - Magic's Pawn

    5. Terry Brooks - The Sword of Shannara

    6. Charlaine harris - Dead Until Dark (true blood series is based on these)

    7. Robert Aspirin - Another Fine Myth

    8. Terry Pratchett - The Colour of Magic

    9. Orson Scott Card - Ender's Game

    10. Margaret Weiss and Tracy Hickman - Dragons of Autumn Twilight

Those ar emy Top ten series of all time! Believe me I read a lot. I hope you enjoy them all and I recommmend starting with "Guardians of the West" it is the first and only series I couldn't put down and I read the entire first 5 book series in a week's time! :) Enjoy these worlds as I have they are a wonderfule scape.

Percy Jackson and the Olympians (5-part series)

    - very, very funny story, with losts of fantasy and action. if youve seen the movie and didnt lke it, read it anyway, as the book is way better!

    The Golden Compass (3-part series)

    - completely based on fantasy, amazing story-line and characters

The Chronicles of Narnia (5-part series)

    - I didnt like this one that much, but it classifies highly in 'fantasies'

The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner

    - extra book to twilight (eclipse), very short, but i liked reading it.

I buy all books in a i dont know where you can download them, sorry.

    Everworld by K. A. Applegate.

I read it when i was around your age. It's a fantasy novel about 5 friends that get sucked through a vortex into another world. They lose one and the series is about them trying to find her. I think it's twelve stories long and swaps perspective each story (from each of the friends POV)

Everworld is a world where all the mythology of our world exists. (gods, goddesses, king Arther, Hercules aliens.)

The first in the series is "Search for Senna"

It's a good series. Highly recommended.

You could check out "The Chronicles of Narnia" by C.S. Lewis. It's part of what inspired J.K. Rowling. It contains seven books, which is why she make Harry Potter seven books - kind of a tribute. Not sure where you can download them, though.

Here's a list of the top 100. You can check them out on Amazon to see what you'd be interested in or which is closer to the HP or Twilight.

Besides, HP, Twilight, and The Chronicles of Narnia, every other fantasy book has been pretty much horrible because they are trying to copy one of those or they go completely overboard with making up creatures and romance and twists. Scott Westerfeld writes sci-fi. I know fantasy and science fiction are not the same, but they are pretty decent...

  • You should read the Morganville Vampires...

Yes, it's about Vampires, but much different than Twilight...Great read...
