Anyone know a good restaurant in Toronto to go to for a birthday?

A nice casual place perhaps? Preferably not too expensive.. It's for a bunch of eighteen year olds! :)

If you're willing to travel up to Vaughn, there's a delicious sushi restaurant called Maki Sushi. The waiters are a bit rude though. Sushi on Bloor is also an attractive place, and the prices are fantastic.

Il Fornaros can be pricey, but they have a very big one that sits on the lakefront, which is great, and the restaurant is nice and big.

There are some really good Indian restaurants down on Queen St. West. There's also another restaurant down on Queen Street, though I forgot the name. Queen Cafe? It's not too far from Osgoode Station, and next to CIBC. You could also have some dinner at the Rex, which is a pub with live music every evening.

Try the CN Tower. Not overly pricey and a great panorama of the city.

I don't usually recommend box restaurants, but Moxies is pretty good for 18 y/o bday
