My US citizenship application was denied due to lack of proof of continuous residency. Could I reapply?
I was given forms to appeal, but I have to pay another $605. I am thinking that it would be better for me to reapply than to appeal. I think the reason I was denied was because when I quit my job and gave up my apartment, I had to live with my son. They wanted proof of rental, which I did not have as I started living with my son the last 2 years since quitting my job due to a disability.
Does anyone have any information or a similar case like mine and if so, how soon can I reapply and what documents to attach as proof of continuous residency. I have been a permanent resident since 2000. I will appreciate any feed back. Thanks.

a sparkling N-400 will cost $675 including Biometrics. i visit't recommend you on even if the appeal or a sparkling submitting can make better experience or flow swifter, yet what you incredibly want previously doing something is the evidence you probably did not provide the first time. All of it is documented on your A-document, and except you could record continuous position of abode now you should attend till you could educate 5 years of uninterrupted position of abode contained in the U. S.. yet another ingredient is the denial itself. often they could deliver an RFE, and also you'll have had your son situation a sworn statement declaring that you've been residing with him. Did you try this and they did not settle for it, or what did you do?
