Windows wont start "msvcr80.dll not found"?

Question

I cannot load windows on my computer because i get a blue screen that says msvcr80.dll not found. I need files on my computer but I cannot access them. help please.

Once i got this same problem i simply Reinstall OS,

I didn't format I gave Repair option after Install Xp option...

3 solutions............................................->

1.boot from recovery disk & try system restore

2.boot from your recovery disk,&launch startup repair

if above both steps don't show any development for the situation,

3.backup data & try formatting this will be the last choice remember;)
