If Britain Becomes a Republic, What Would Happen To The Commonwealth?

i was wondering is the monachy us abolished... what would happen to the commonwealth? i doubt that places like canada and astralia would want our president as their head of state.

    The Commonwealth isn't really that useful an institution to be a part of. We can individually create trade agreements with nations to work for economic growth. To be honest, the whole thing is just a formality.

    1) the Commonwealth is a political Intuition. a useless one at that.

    2) it doesn't follow that the good choice of the British public to become a republic again will effect another nation's head of state.

    I dont believe the monarch will ever be abolished however I assume the other places would just find somebody knew to take tthe monarch's spot
