stretch marks!!!!! HELP!?
ok, so im 31 weeks pregnant and have stretch marks on my boobs and my butt! but not on my stomach... is there anything to help get rid of them? i need something that actually works

use coconut oil as a moisturizer! (and drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated)
nutrients: vitamin B6, potassium, vitamin A, essential fatty acids, and zinc are good for the skin! (i've heard that vitamin K and vitamin E help against stretchmarks!)...google for more info... you can always get these nutrient levels checked out at the doctors. the doctor or nurse will take a blood test to determine if you lack any of these nutrients. you can take supplements for these particular vitamins/minerals that i have listed.Source(s): I research A LOT about nutrition
