Why don't the brights work on my '99 Mustang?
When you pull the switch back for "flash to pass", the brights come on. If you push it away from you to turn on the high beams, it doesn't. Is this a problem with the switch? 1999 Mustang V6 Convertible.

Usually a sign that the MFS is going bad. The Multi Function Switch is one assemble that controls everything on the column, headlights, turn signals, wipers, etc..You can not replace just the one section, you replace the entire thing.
