Salt and pepper them, then brown them in a skillet with some oil. Remove the meat, then quickly saute some chopped garlic. Remove the garlic, then soften some chopped onions. Put everything back in the skillet and add about a cup and a half of of chicken broth or some other liquid like apple juice, orange juice or a mixture of one of the juices and chicken broth. Cover and let simmer on low for about an hour until the pork chops are fork tender.
You could also stick the pork chops covered in a 350 degree oven for an hour instead of cooking on the stove top.

Chicken and rice Casserole
1 pound boneless chicken breasts (or pork chops)
1 can beef or chicken gravy
1 can beef or chick stock/broth
1 large onion sliced
1 bell pepper sliced (optional)
1 tomato sliced (optional)
1 can sliced mushrooms
2 cups water
1 cup uncooked rice
1 large baking dish sprayed with Pam
Salt & pepper
Preheat oven to 375
Season meat and lightly brown in a pan
Take prepared pan and spread out the uncooked rice
When meat is brown place on top of rice
Pour over gravy and broth
Add onions, bell pepper and tomato slices over each piece of meat
and then pour over the water
Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes. Remove
foil and bake another 5-10 minutes or until most of the
liquid is absorbed or cook less if you want juicer rice.

place like 3-4 tblsp of olive oil in a skillet or non-stick pan. take your pork chops and sear on both sides then add salt and pepper or what ever seasonings and then cover and let simmer on med for about 25 min. check to see the rareness and then enjoy. it still has the seared look and the tenderness to the pork chop.

I've baked the thick kind in the oven. I marinated them in Italian dressing all day, dipped them in egg and then bread crumbs, put a little butter on them and baked them in the oven at 350 for 30 minutes--then turned them over and baked them for another 30 minutes on the other side. They had a good flavor and weren't tough.

It's a good idea to marinade them first. You can make a simple marinade with
about 1/4 c. of olive oil
2T. of vinegar
& 1t. lemon juice.
Add pepper, salt & garlic (or whatever else sounds good) to taste & let it sit in the fridge for at least an hour.
Then you can grill, broil or bake them.
