    It's not worth $130. It's $60 on Amazon:

    http://www.amazon.com/Evga-GeForce-PCI-Express-Gra...

Get a GTX 460 instead which is the same price range and like six times better. Why is it 6 times better? It has 256-bit memeory bus width compared to the 430's 128-bit. It uses GDDR5 instead of GDDR3. Also, it has 336 cores compared to 96. Your frames per second in games will be 3-6 times better with the GTX 460 than the GT 430.

If you are willing to deal with rebates:

    EVGA GTX 460 (Fermi) SSC+ 1GB 256-bit GDDR5:

    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?SID=u55...

This also comes with Adobe Photoshop Elements 9 which you can ebay for like $60.

The SSC+ is the super superclock version which bumps up the 720MHz on the reference card up to 850MHz. It also comes with a cool looking backplate. If you ask any gamer about the GTX 460 (Fermi) cards, they'll tell you that they are awesome cards. eVGA is one of the best video card manufacturer (if not the best).

edit: Zotac Synergy model is a fan-less gpu which is generally used for HTPCs since it's quiet. For a gaming desktop, not good.
