What are some of your favorite healthy receipes?
I'm looking to try something new and do it in a healthy way. Anyone have any input?

Asian style steamed fish
Get whole or fillet fish preferrably white meat because this is more tender
Place fish in a steamer place pieces of sliced ginger on top of fish, dnt put salt nd pepper yet
Steam for 20 mins or until fish flakes easily
Meanwhile, thinly slice onion leeks diagonally, and thinly make strips fresh ginger. Set aside
When the fish is one discard the water surrounding your fish and the ginger, while hot, top the fish with the leeks and the thin strips of ginger
Splash light soy sauce othe fish
Heat some peanut oil about 2 to 3 tablespoons
Pour over the leeks and ginger on top of the fish to wilt it
Serve with steamed rice

Greek salads are delicious especially for summer. There's a great recipe for one here: http://www.mediterrasian.com/delicious_recipes_gre...
You can have some sliced bread or even better cibatta bread on the side.
I also like a good shepherds pie- they're pretty healthy as they are but you could substitute normal mash for sweet potato mash which would be even more nourishing & has a great taste. Have green beans on the side.
Spicy tomato lentil spaghetti is also a fail safe for me- doesn't sound like the most appetising thing in the world but is really tasty and filling.
Spinach and ricotta lasange is great too, with salad and a balsamic dressing on the side.
Flavourful stews and tagines would be a good thing to try too.

Try eating fish or chicken instead or beef.
Here's a recipe for a Asian grilled chicken salad.Source(s): 1/4 cup DOLE® Pineapple Juice 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1 teaspoon packed brown sugar 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 2 (8 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 pkg. DOLE All Natural Asian Island Crunch™ Salad Kit 1 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced 1/4 cup DOLE® Red Onion, thinly sliced Combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar and garlic with 1 tablespoon provided sesame ginger dressing in small sauce pan. Bring to boil and reduce to 1/3. Heat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat; brush grill lightly with oil or spray with non-stick vegetable cooking spray. Baste chicken with pineapple mixture. Grill chicken, turning once (and continuing to baste), 10 to 12 minutes or until no longer pink in center. Slice chicken. Place salad blend in large bowl with provided accompaniments and toss with remaining dressing. Arrange salad on plates; top with bell pepper, onion, and chicken.
