You simply can't it's not possible without a wifi tethering application of some sort have a look in the options menu or something :)

open bluetooth window. double click on the gadget(telephone). now click centers. go with networking determination. now dial up window apears. now dial the variety presented by ur provider provider. make particular that the provider is enabled on ur telephone by provider provider and settings put in on your telephone.
