How would describe Diana Rigg's accent in On Her Majesty's Secret Service?

I'm terrible with European accents, they all sound the same to me and her character (Tracy) has such a complicated backstory with regards to where she's from.

Diana Rigg has a British accent due to the fact that she was born in Doncaster, England in 1938. Before appearing in "On Her Majesty's Secret Service, Rigg had famously appeared as Mrs. Emma Peel from 1965 through 1967 in the long running BBC television series "The Avengers." In "On Her Majesty's Secret Service," Rigg portrayed the Countessa Teresa de Vincenzo, who later became Teresa Bond, after marrying James Bond in the final scenes of the film. This is the only time Bond was ever married on film or in the books written by Ian Fleming.

A couple of interesting side notes: Rigg appeared nude onstage in the play Abelard and Heloise in 1972. She was also appointed by Queen Elizabeth as a Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire in 1994, making her the female equivalent of a knight in the U.K.
