What does 'listed' mean in this context?

I was just reading this horrible story on the internet

There is a line that I don't understand, about the people being listed....do they mean addresses?

I've never heard 'listed' being used in this way before, they use it twice (i've changed it to CAPS) the first one I understand as probably an address (lack of), the second one I'm not usre what they mean

in the first usage, it meant "categorized."

in the second, it meant "recorded."
