The purpose of the Ventolin HFA is to induce bronchodilation. This is to counter-act any bronchospasms that are caused by exercise or exertion. Therefore, it will make it easier for you to breathe when you exercise, and should prevent you from having an attack. The effects of the Ventolin peak after 15 minutes, and should stay in your system for 3-4 hours.Source(s): Westfall Thomas C, Westfall David P, "Chapter 12. Yes, Ventolin (salbutamol) is specifically indicated in the following conditions:
Symptom relief during maintenance therapy of asthma and other conditions with reversible airways obstruction (including COPD and bronchitis)
Protection against exercise-induced asthma
Can be aerosolized with a nebulizer for patients with cystic fibrosis, along with ipratropium bromide, acetylcysteine, and pulmozyme. The drug was an instant success, and has been used for the treatment of asthma ever since
The most common side effects are of fine tremor, nervousness, headache, muscle cramps, dry mouth, and palpitation.Other symptoms may be tachycardia (rapid heart rate), arrhythmias, flushing, myocardial ischaemia, and disturbances of sleep and behaviour. Rarely occurring, but of importance, are allergic reactions of paradoxical bronchospasm, urticaria, angioedema, hypotension, and collapse, whilst high doses may cause hypokalaemia (low potassium levels), especially in patients with renal failure and those on certain diuretics and xanthine derivaties.
You can buy Ventolin from these reputable online pharmacies:

is it ventolin inhaler or ventolin med for nebulizer? either way, it will temporarily stop your asthma. I recommend using nebulizer though, for longer effect.
